1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from Elite Drive Chauffeurs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if necessary.
2. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and additional requirements. All charges are subject to applicable UAE taxes.
3. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the service booked. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. Please contact us as early as possible for any changes to your booking.
4. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the service. Additional waiting time beyond the agreed period may be charged accordingly.
5. Chauffeur Responsibilities
Our chauffeurs are responsible for providing safe, professional, and courteous service. They reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe behavior, illegal activities, or violation of UAE laws.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking details and ensure respectful behavior toward chauffeurs and vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer may be charged.
7. Safety & Compliance
Elite Drive Chauffeurs operates in compliance with UAE traffic laws and safety regulations. Seat belts must be worn at all times, and the number of passengers must not exceed vehicle capacity.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or government restrictions.
9. Personal Belongings
Elite Drive Chauffeurs is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. Customers are advised to check the vehicle before leaving.
10. Use of Vehicles
Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, smoking (if restricted), or any activity that violates UAE laws or company policies.
11. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for service-related purposes.
12. Amendments
Elite Drive Chauffeurs reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
